Greetings are delivered between 9am and 1pm and will be picked up in its entirety in original condition the next day after 6:30pm unless you ordered additional days.
DELIVERY: We deliver in the mornings and try to get everything done between 9am and noon, but this depends on the number of installs for that particular day. We can text upon arrival if the honoree needs to be distracted during setup (usually only around 20 minutes). PICKUP: We leave the sign for 48 hours in most cases.

Up to 25 letters/numbers are included in the price. Please add up the number of characters in your phrase. If your phrase exceeds 25 characters, please state the number of additional characters needed for your phrase. Balloons, stars and four graphics should not be counted as characters and are included in every greeting.
Please use actual descriptions instead of numbers (i.e. blue to black hombre, multi-color chevron, cake, present, football, Harry Potter hat) to fill in the fields. Thank you!

Please choose 2 or 3 colors for the name (certain colors only) as well as balloons and stars (all colors listed are available). Please try to coordinate with the birthday set color or we can choose what looks best. Note: We do not have alphabet letters in Gold, Silver or White.
Four graphics are included for birthdays. Two graphics are included for graduations. See selection click here. Desired Graphics (requested, but not guaranteed): Balloons and stars are included with every sign order and are NOT considered to be graphics. Graphics are specialty signs (cake, present, football, art pallet, grad cap, diploma etc...) Please give descriptions, not numbers.
Either 2 or 4 graphics are included, depending on if this is graduation or a birthday. If you would like more, they are 5 dollars each.
We service the following zip codes: 78726, 78730, 78732, 78733, 78734, 78735, 78736, 78738, 78739, 78746, 78749, 78750, 78669, Portions of 78613 (SW of 183 and 1431). Please note if you don't see your zip code and you are within 18 miles of our address in Lakeway, your order will go through.
20-25 feet (w) of sodded grass is required for installation. No natural land orders please (too much rock). Please water your grass for 30-40 minutes in the area where the sign should be installed for at least 2-3 days before installation, depending on whether or not we have had heavy rain recently. Please advise us of small yards, pie shaped yards, obstructions, etc. We can not install in rocks, unless there is plenty of soft topsoil underneath. Please test your yard with a screwdriver prior to our installation date. If we get there and cannot install due to dryness, rocks, etc, there will be a 25% fee for prepping the sign and driving to your location. The remainder will be refunded.
