* The rental period for graduation signs is usually around 22 hours, unless you have ordered extra days. Please call to check availability before booking additional days.
* We offer "CONGRATS (NAME) (YEAR)" with two graphics as well as balloons and stars for the base price. Extra phrases such as "UT BOUND", "GIG EM" or anything else are not included in the base price and would be an additional cost. Please contact me directly at (512) 789-8951 or email me at lonestaryardgreetings@gmail.com if you need a different base phrase other than "CONGRATS". Extra phrases in addition to "CONGRATS (NAME) 2023!" can be added below but are an additional cost per letter. If you need to add extra graphics, they are $5 extra per graphic.
* Signs are delivered starting early in the morning and continue throughout the day until we are finished installing. If you have a party starting at a certain time, please let us know & we will try to accommodate you. Your rental period is around 22 hours, due to demand and inventory needs. We will begin picking up the next morning, unless additional days have been ordered. ** Delivery fee and Add-ons are not included in $110 base price. If the system takes your order then you can be assured that your date is available and your address is within the delivery zone.
Note: we typically do not offer the words "CONGRATULATIONS", "GRAD" or "CLASS OF" because these words use many of the same letters that are in the word "CONGRATS." In order to maximize our inventory and serve as many customers that want graduation signs as possible, we usually offer either "CONGRATS NAME! or CONGRATS NAME YEAR". EX: CONGRATS JOHN! or CONGRATS JOHN 2021!' If you would like a different phrase such as "YOU DID IT!" or "NAME IS A GRAD!" in place of 'CONGRATS" please contact us directly to see if that can be arranged. We try to make everyone happy!
* If you are adding anything other than the base phrase offered, then each additional letter would be $10. For instance, if you add UT BOUND, the extra phrase fee would be $70. Inventory is heavily used at this time.
* We appreciate your order so much. Please see the WHAT'S INCLUDED section before you write out your phrase. If you are attempting to place an order and the system is not taking it for a certain date, that date may or may not be sold out. Please call 512-789-8951 to check availability and perhaps to get on the waiting list for that date. We reserve some extra spots for call-in or email orders and put a limit on online purchases as a safeguard to make sure our inventory is not overbooked. Please do not add an extra phrase without calling me first. Extra phrases are an extra fee.
TBD closer to grad dates. LTHS graduation date is Friday, 5/24. If you want the sign to be there before 9am, please order for the day before (5/23) and add an extra day if you want the sign to stay until the morning of 5/25.
Please choose one color for CONGRATS. All colors are subject to change. There is a $10 fee for premium printed sets (Kaleidoscope Silver, Gold Glitter, Falling Gold Glitter on Black)
* Please choose 2-3 colors for name, balloons & stars. We reserve the right to substitute based on availability.
NOTE: Please call to verify if the inventory you are requesting is available for an extra day before ordering.
Four graphics are included for birthdays. Two graphics are included for graduations. See selection click here. Desired Graphics (requested, but not guaranteed): Balloons and stars are included with every sign order and are NOT considered to be graphics. Graphics are specialty signs (cake, present, football, art pallet, grad cap, diploma etc...) Please give descriptions, not numbers.
Either 2 or 4 graphics are included, depending on if this is graduation or a birthday. If you would like more, they are 5 dollars each.
We service the following zip codes: 78726, 78730, 78732, 78733, 78734, 78735, 78736, 78738, 78739, 78746, 78749, 78750, 78669, Portions of 78613 (SW of 183 and 1431). Please note if you don't see your zip code and you are within 18 miles of our address in Lakeway, your order will go through.
20-25 feet (w) of sodded grass is required for installation. No natural land orders please (too much rock). Please water your grass for 30-40 minutes in the area where the sign should be installed for at least 2-3 days before installation, depending on whether or not we have had heavy rain recently. Please advise us of small yards, pie shaped yards, obstructions, etc. We can not install in rocks, unless there is plenty of soft topsoil underneath. Please test your yard with a screwdriver prior to our installation date. If we get there and cannot install due to dryness, rocks, etc, there will be a 25% fee for prepping the sign and driving to your location. The remainder will be refunded.
Please provide gate code for gated communities and home gates.
